Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew yearly; we'll email you 60 days, 30 days, and 24 hours before each renewal charge. Refunds per the service agreement: full within 15 days, 75% within 60 days, 50% within 3 months. HIPAA business associate agreement available — see BAA. U.S. customers only.
