What we collect

Account information (name, email, organization, hashed password), billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), content you upload (staff photos, credentials, media, slide text), and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To operate the service, display the content you configure on your channels, process payments, send transactional email (verification, password resets, renewal reminders, support replies), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your content

Channel display pages are accessible to anyone who has the channel's unique URL — treat that URL like a key. Staff photos and names you place on slides will be visible to anyone viewing that display.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and hosting), and similar processors bound to handle data only on our instructions.

Health information

Wait Wall is not designed to store patient information. If your use involves protected health information, an executed Business Associate Agreement is required.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and billing purposes. Email support to request deletion of your account and content.
