Terms of Use
Last updated: August 21, 2026. This is a template — have your attorney review before launch.
1. The service
Wait Wall ("we," "us") provides web-based digital signage for waiting rooms. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. United States customers only
The service is offered solely to customers located in the United States. We do not offer the service to, and you may not use the service from, the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, and we do not intend to be subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR. You represent that your organization and its use of the service are located in the United States.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials, for the users you invite, the roles you assign them, and all activity under your accounts. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication. Notify us promptly at our support address of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. You are solely responsible for your uploaded materials, including having all rights, releases, and consents needed to display them (including consent from staff whose photos and names appear on your displays). You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or protected-health-information content except as covered by an executed Business Associate Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service; no reselling without written agreement; no scraping; no use that violates law or the rights of others.
6. Fees, renewal, and refunds
Subscription fees renew annually. We will send reminder notices approximately 60 days, 30 days, and 24 hours before charging your payment method. Refunds are governed by the Service Agreement.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (content responsibility, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
